Comment: Crisaborole is a non-steroidal phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor acting primarily against the PDE4B isozyme . It was developed by Anacor Pharmaceuticals for its potential anti-inflammatory action in skin conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.
