Agonist Comments
Please consult references [10,27,56,86,104,113] for further details of the activity of some of the ligands in this list.
McN-A-343 has been found to be a partial agonist at the M3 receptor [86,104]. However, in reference [56] it was found to be inactive in a study of GTPase activation.
Oxotremorine has been found to be a full agonist [27,86,104] and a partial agonist [56,86] at the M3 receptor.
