Bioactivity Comments
Oseltamivir inhibits Influenza A virus H3N2 neuraminidase expressed in HEK293 cells with an IC50 of 100 nM [2]. It has has almost zero inhibitory activity at the human neuraminidase isoenzymes NEU1-4 in vitro [1,3].
